I took my company work van in for a service. The technician drained the oil from the engine then forgot to fill the engine with oil before starting which ended up blowing the engine. They kept our company work van for 8 days to replace the engine. They filed a claim with their insurance to cover their cost and still charged me for the work unrelated to the engine. We lost work, employees not being to work for the duration of the repairs due to their negligence and never once they seem to care of wanted to compensate us for our loses. This only leaves me with one answer, this company has one thing in mind and that is their profit. They covered all their loses but never asked or cared about our losses.
Amir, we are doing our best to solve this with you. We admit to the mistake and replaced your engine. Normally a project like this would take a month but we expedited the process and gave you a $700 discount on the services that were separate from the engine replacement. We also offered you a van rental for the duration of the repairs, which you chose not to take us up on. Because you have not provided our insurance company with the proper documentation for your lost wages we can not resolve this yet.
