I was tired of using the dealership for car repairs and services. It is far away from my home and expensive. For that reason, I chose BP Car Care Center. They have amazing reviews. It was perfect the first time I used it (around a month ago). They were efficient in time and with a competitive price; they showed me the problem and how they solved it. For that reason, I wanted to go again. The second time, they made a big error. I took my car on a Saturday for an oil change, rotation, and car inspection. When I picked up my car, I asked if there was a problem, and they told me that I only needed to change my air filter. So I told them to change it. I also asked to print the car inspection, and they told me they would send it by email. So, I went home. After I arrived home, I checked the inspection, and I noticed that they found a noise in the motor during the inspection. When I went back to ask them why they hadn't told me about it when I picked up the car, they told me they had forgotten!!! I believe this was a big error with safety concerns. Moreover, they could not solve it on the same day, so I had to take it another day. I understand that on Saturday, they are busy with work, but it is important to let you know about the problem that they detected when you picked up the car. Also, if they had told me that they could not solve the problem that Saturday because they were full of work, it would be fine with me. If I hadn't asked for the inspection and checked the email, I would most probably been driving a car with safety concerns.
