Not to much satisfied...sales rep. was intentionally trying to sell me over $600 worth of services..definitely was not prepared for this...I was only there for an emissions test, that passed. I was encouraged to get a oil change because I mentioned I'm going on a road trip..oil stick was full and clear in color 😞, so why did you encouraged me to get it changed 🤔? Another unnecessary $40 + was spent. The worst 😫 part of my experience was I specifically asked to make sure all my fluids are Topped and the pressure in tires are up to part. I was explicitly told that they don't honor that request unless I get a full flush with new fluids...($600+ job) 😡 Your Business has always checked my fluids whenever I got a oil change in the past as a courtesy call...I have referred many people to your establishment...when I came for service, there were only 1 other person getting their car serviced, so there was no excuse for being overloaded with customers.. Bottom Line, again I was very disappointed with the service 😒 and I'm not sure if I'll patronize your establishment again. Sincerely Re. Pryor Customer
