Good service will be back

Kind of surprised at my experience after seeing the great reviews. They failed to motice the engine mount needed replacement even when we said we needed the vibration addressed. When I said we still had an issue, I was quoted $1200. Took it to ford and they actually adressed the problem, but it only cost $600. Funny...
