I like this place. They never try to talk me into spending a bunch of extra money and I have never had a problem with the work I have had done. Been going here 7 years. I would like to change my review. My stepdad tried to help me out by paying for my oil change and telling them to give me a tune-up. I had just spent $1,700 at the dealership and I did not need new spark plugs and wires, but instead of going into the computer and seeing what I actually needed, they charged him $200 diagnostic for something minor and he spent an additional 300 for some other thing. Most places waive the diagnostic if you buy other services . and then there was a problem with one of the spark plugs I didn't need in the first place. When I brought it to two different employees attention, they just offered to fix the spark plug. Even if they had thrown in a tire alignment or one of the many other things I actually needed on my car or given me a coupon, I would have just been more satisfied that I had received customer service or been heard.
