I took my dodge Journey in this shop 6 times to get the same problem fixed, (because I have a warranty on the parts) and yet the problem is still there. My truck is still leaking antifreeze. After each time I take it there, they say the problem is fixed…but it’s not. They keep having the same mechanic to fix my truck after I politely asked them to not put him on my car. I spent a lot of money on parts, labor, and wasted time on them just to fiddle around and not do what they were suppose to do. I refuse to take my truck back to this shop just so I can waste more time, money, and missing work just for them to screw up again…So now I have to take my car to the dealership, spend hundreds of more dollars for them to fix what Goodyear was suppose to fix. And I spent $28 on windshield wipers on November 1st, just for the driver side one to fall off as I’m driving in rain heading to Ohio on November 21st. Smh Never going to this shop again. Picture was taken this morning(November 29th) Customer service was cool, I just got ripped off. EDIT on 12-13-23: I never received a call from y’all about rectifying the issue. Not one call, voicemail, etc. I know this because I pulled up my call history and phone bill. So, for y’all to respond with that false statement tells me all I need to know about this shop. A bunch of liars. Thanks but no thanks.

This probably was one of these sleaziest experiences I've had with a mechanic. I took my car there because it was having problems accelerating. I had already gotten one diagnosis and the diagnosis here was 3x as expensive and wasn't even close to what the other mechanic said. So I drove to a mechanic that was recommended to me that was farther out. They gave the same diagnosis as the first mechanic I went to and had it fixed within that week. And they did not charge the diagnosis fee. I was really disappointed at how wrong they were with the diagnosis and how much more expensive it would have been to not actually have the issue fixed and the fact that they charged me for the diagnosis. It really made me question the ethics of this shop and how they do business.

I took my 2019 Toyota Camry for an oil change, and they did the job within 10 minutes. Not only that, they checked my car to see that all fluids were full, and that lights and safety equipment were working properly. At first I thought their price for the 100% synthetic oil change was high, but after checking with other places I saw that it was in line and even lower than some. This location is convenient, the employees are professional and friendly, and I like supporting them. An all-around good experience!

If I don’t go to my dealership, I come here first. Good customer service.
