Quick efficient no hassle. I brought both cars up for emissions testing in order to renew the registration. Good job.

They were able to get me in for a tire replacement on a Saturday, and also performed a brake fluid change. Only complaint is that they automatically added the tire warranty to my bill without confirming that I wanted it. That’s a bit on the shady side for my liking, but otherwise I enjoy bringing my cars here for tire needs.

Jeff and his team have a strong commitment to taking care of their customers. Used them twice in the last year for some hard to find tires, both times Jeff was able to find what I needed much faster than any of the regional/ national chains.

Stopped at the next door Kroger grocery store and car wouldn’t restart. While waiting for roadside assistance, decided to stop NTP to ask them about battery diagnostic. They saved me a ton of time and offered to walk next door to give me a jump and also offered to look over my vehicle at their shop. The diagnostic showed that I needed a new battery so a few hours later, I was back on the road. Needless to say I received great assistance and service from the team at Neighborhood Tire Pros.
