Stopped at the next door Kroger grocery store and car wouldn’t restart. While waiting for roadside assistance, decided to stop NTP to ask them about battery diagnostic. They saved me a ton of time and offered to walk next door to give me a jump and also offered to look over my vehicle at their shop. The diagnostic showed that I needed a new battery so a few hours later, I was back on the road. Needless to say I received great assistance and service from the team at Neighborhood Tire Pros.

First time there and great experience. My ex purchased tires for my daughter from a 3rd party source and I was stuck trying to find a place to put them on. Neighborhood Tire Pros did just that at a reasonable price and on the same day I called which was Saturday! I appreciate the detailed information and updates. They also do oil changes so we are planning coming back when the time is needed for that. Thank you guys!

I needed 2 tires for a road trip the next day. I was limited on time so they suggested I come back with the car just before lunch and the tires would be there from the warehouse. The install went smoothly and I was back on the road within 3 hours without having to sit in the waiting area. everything was neat and clean. Great place for service
