I came to these people in April 2022 for new tires, I got a warranty and everything. Because I have a disability I don't drive as much as I used to, but I drove my car on 285 yesterday 10/10/20222 and I started experiencing frontend vibration, these people didn't balance my new tires correctly and when I took my vehicle to the them the manager refused to prioritize my vehicle despite my calling the day before to alert them of the problem and having a warranty. He started claiming they where too busy and I'd have to leave my car with them, and the manager couldn't give me a day this week that would be best for them to correct their mistake. It's far too many tire shops in Decatur to be stressed out by a cornball company with fake warranties like this and because I have to take my vehicle to a more competent company to have the problem corrected I will NEVER do business with Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service again EVER!

We strive to give every customer a positive experience at our shop, which is why we offered to pick your vehicle up at your house and take care of fit as soon as we could. We had worked on your tires back in April so unfortunately, the warranty had expired that this point.
