Fast and courteous service, waiting area was ok. However it was pricey for regular oil change. I paid $51.00 for a Nissan Sentra which seemed to be on the higher end.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The Best Customer Service I've ever experienced in MY LIFE in any purchasing position. I've had a couple of jobs done their as well as advice for car purchases. These gentlemen educate & prove to the customer what's going on with their vehicle. They refuse tips & check on the customer periodically after service. It is almost impossible to find an honest mechanic. This place is the pot at the end of the rainbow. I wish they had franchises all over the country. They are a much needed breath of fresh air in this thirsty, greedy, capitalist world.

They always have great customer service and very upfront with cost and problems with your car... I needed one tire, and usually you have buy in pairs but they were honest and told me my other tires are fine... I been a customer for years, I will continue to be.

Spent $1200 getting brakes and tires repaired/replaced. One of the tires ended up having a slow leak and i needed it fixed/replaced before going out of town 48 hours later. They refused to be accommodating about fixing their work and finding a time slot i could come in to have it fixed. Said i could drop it off and they would try to get to it by the end of the day like any normal drop-off. Expect someone to do a better job about following up on their work. Had to go to someone else to get the tire fixed in time. Expect better treatment of a loyal customer.

AMAZING grew! Justin, Roy and the team are just ANGELS to all of us here in east cobb! Exceptional customer service!!!!!!!!!! We have been with them for many years however also use East Cobb Auto. I will always choose BP first for all of my car care needs, hands down!!!! Great job to these guy and gals as they go over and beyond.
