Usually good, reasonable and fair.

Arrived at 12 noon for a scheduled appointment. It’s currently 2 P.M. and I haven’t received an update nor has my car been pulled back. I’m already frustrated that this will be my third visit since getting my brakes done here(there still squealing). After the second visit I started to question whether they were actually fixing the issue with fidelity. I’m an educator and work across town, so it’s an inconvenience to have to consistently return for an issue that’s supposed to be resolved. Highly unsatisfied with there customer service. I’ll be contacting corporate.

I went in for an emission test. They were very friendly and it only took about 20 minutes to complete even though the parking lot was full.

Great service, especially when you make an appointment ahead of time. Also patient, as I had to reschedule several times because of family illness, and they got me in as soon as they could. Also left my coffee on the counter after I'd paid up and was getting into my car, and they ran out to bring the cup to me. Just plain nice folks! So glad these guys are in our neighborhood!
