I was extremely impressed with Tire Pros. I was in a huge hurry because I had 2 flat tires and needed to get to work ASAP. They were polite and thorough and very kind. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I came here for a oil change on my car and was told that it will be a two hour wait. I agree to wait, at the time it was 12noon and it’s 3:23pm and my car still isn’t done being serviced. On top of that no one came to update me or follow up with me the status on the service of my car. When I inquired with them front desk the two mechanics had a very nonchalant attitude. I’ve had my car serviced at the dealership several times before, and had wonderful service...This establishment is Unprofessional and Inconsiderate. Someone also need to emphasize time management on services and customers time. I won’t be bring my business here again.

Any additional work needed is presented as information and recommendation, with no pressure. I particularly like Danny and Matt. For these reasons, I recommend Suwanee Neighborhood Tire Pros.
