Service was quick and staff was professional!

My last visit to this business was horrible. The intake guy was arrogant and did not want to listen to my concerns. Hie only interest was to get me to buy tires. At this moment I doubt whether I will take my business to this establishment. I am disappointed with my overall experience.

My car died today in a parking lot. Turns out it was the battery. After a jump to start the car I drove it to Neighborhood Tire Pros &Auto Store. They got me right in and had my battery in stock. Not only did I get my new battery but they filled up my tires before I left. Great service. I go to this location for everything. They are where I buy my tires, fix my auto and get my emissions done. They usually have the least expensive emissions testing fees. I highly recommend this store.
