3 days in a row stop by to get an oil change and every time told to come back tomorrow their to busy to do an oil change!!!

Micheal was wonderful. We were visiting for a wedding And while running errands prior to the wedding, my water pump blew up. I was incredibly worried I wouldn’t be able to get to the wedding much less back to South Ga. He immediately helped me and worked me in on a VERY busy Saturday morning. His customer service was unsurpassed. If I could steal him to work for me, I’d take him in a minute. I hope you appreciate what you have in him. Thank You again for a wonderful experience.

I have tried for a week to get an oil change here, been by 5 times. They always say they are booked come back tommarrow or 3 hr. Wait. I come the next day same thing. Dont waste your time. Very irritating i finally gave up and a few blocks away infront of kroger on memorial is American Tire lube automotive at 3518 memorial they helped me and i was in and out in less than 40 mins

I had a fantastic experience with neighborhood tire pros! I found myself stranded with a flat tire and no spare, luckily it was n the same shopping center as this tire store. I called desperate for help, and despite the fact that they were supposed to close in five minutes, The manager told me to come on over and they took care of me. I don’t know what I would have done if they had not went the extra mile. They stayed late to help me when they did not have to, and that says a lot about Customer service. I would recommend this store to everyone!

I went there because I was hav8ng trouble with my vehicle. I was greeted nicely and received great service. The associate immediately address my issue and pulled my vehicle into the service department. He also offered to get someone to drive me to work. However, they finished in time so I didn't need a ride. Great service!
