I have been going to this place Neighborhood Tire Pro- DTS for several years, even before it got its present name. On this last visit, my rating for customer service went way down to the lowest level! Mr Hunter was helpful in his explanations, personality, and plain good way of treating customers like he would want to be treated! Kudos to Hunter Barton! Store manager needs improvement on explanations and Golden Rule.

I needed a quick emissions inspection since my registration was due to renew in just a week, and this business was the answer to that. I was in and out in 20 mins and was given detailed instructions on how to easily complete my renewal that same day. Very professional team and extremely efficient!

I am so glad I called this place. They were able to handle several situations that other shops couldn't. Mr. Guffey quickly diagnosed my problems and had them fixed in just a little over 24 hours. The price was definitely the best compared to other shops (that they ended up not even being able to do either) that I checked. He was very informative as to what was done and even sent me progress reports as the work was being done, with pictures. I'll definitely be referring these guys to family and friends. Very friendly, knowledgeable and a very professionally run shop. Thanks Neighborhood Tire Pros. Job well done!
