I have been taking vehicles there for oil changes for years. Recently my wife (who knows and has worked on cars) took her car in, and they tried to get her to agree to a power steering fluid change, stating "this vehicle is like Hondas and Toyotas where fluid is always circulating, unlike rack and pinion." I checked the owners manual and with the dealer service center - this vehicle does NOT require a power steering fluid flush. I won't be going back.

Well got my car emission testing done here. I am not sure what it was but all the people working seemed to not want to be there. Work is a chore I guess.

I called about tires for my Audi and was told the shop would price-match with Tire Rack, an online tire site. Made a deal that I was to pay the online price and the cost that I would have paid for shipping the tires to the local facility for installation. When I arrived the next morning to have the tires installed, was given a higher price. Objected and asked why and was told the shipping costs were $38.00 per tire even though I had seen online what shipping would be and knew that was an inflated number. Essentially, this place was trying to con me into paying another $80+ above the deal they had agreed to on the phone the previous day. My recommendation: find another tire store, one that won't try the bait-and-switch.

We have been going to this location since we moved here from out of state. In the past three years I have been very happy with their service and their performance. They aren't perfect but they haven't tried to sell me stuff I don't need and they have always stood behind their work. Their customer service has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

Brought 2012 Honda Accord in for a 10 minute oil change and was in and out in well less that 10 minutes. Prompt, excellent and thorough service. They did not try to upsell me on 27 different "high margin" items in the process, either. Highly recommended.

This is a good store. Cindy and crew care about their customers. I thought I needed one new tire, but it turned out to be three new tires. They brought them in from the warehouse and had them mounted/balanced within a couple of hours. It worked out well for me. I will go back for my free lifetime balance and rotation. Thanks!
