Went in Saturday afternoon for a flat tire. They did not have it in stock, but Mitch immediately ordered one for Monday delivery. Removal of the spare, installation of the new tire, and replacing the spare under the vehicle was a quick and seamless process.

Outstanding service! I don't usually leave reviews. But NTP took the initiative to let me know that the flat-fix and rotation I was requesting were covered by the warranty. That's a good deal--and all the better if they help you activate it.

It's hard to experience a flat at anytime but, everything went smoothly. My colleagues highly recommended this place and now I have a place to bring my car in the future when I experience similar problems. I was very pleased with the service
