I called ahead and spoke to Corey. He was great. The waiting room is clean and AC felt great. Nice staff. I feel the wait time was quite long and it wasn’t till I got up and started looking and asked was I informed that my car was next. Maybe they could have checked in without me taking initiative. They were quite busy so fair enough that it took sooooooo long to get a tire change I waited almost 2 hours.. i went there before for my emissions and will be going back

I had my brakes replaced at BP Car Care, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were professional, honest, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. Hunter took great care of everything and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Most other shops would have kept my car for days, but BP Car Care got it done quickly without compromising quality. Highly recommend!

We can't say enough about the level of service we receive from our local Neighborhood Tire Center. We try to use Matt he is our good to guy, They get us in and out so fast that we wait on the repairs and maybe have a cup of coffee. Great service Thank you.

Quicker service than normal. I usually get out by or after noon, but got out before 0930 on a Saturday.

Had just started using BP Car Care Center - Tire Pros (Marietta, Ga) when I took my wife’s SUV for routine service. They took care of us quickly and professionally. The car ran like new. Then had back to back electrical system failures, first in my car then in the pickup that’s our third vehicle. Both cars were new to the BP Car Care guys nevertheless and once again, the repairs were handled quickly and professionally, with courtesy and kindness. And by the way, both the car and truck ran like new. I’m a very satisfied and grateful customer!
