I had tires delivered to this location for a routine installation. Two rear tires only. After the tires were installed I went to work 10 miles from this shop. It had been raining all day When driving home noticed a drastic loud metal grinding sound on driver's side back wheel that I did not have prior to the installation. I pulled over, called the shop immediately but it was 5 so I brought it in Saturday morning. As a matter of fact, before I left the shop after the installation the front desk guy told me my front tires may need replacing. But that is all! They never mentioned anything about having metal on metal grind on my driver's side back wheel rotor/pads. WHY WOULD YOUR TECHS/MANAGE LET SOMEONE WALK OUT/DRIVE AWAY IF THEY KNEW METAL ON METAL GRINDING WAS HAPPENING AND NOT EVEN AT LEAST RECOMMEND NEW ROTORS/BRAKES... BUT RECOMMEND TWO NEW FRONT TIRES INSTEAD?? That, with knowing for sure I did not hear that obvious loud grind prior to this installation at this shop, I am confident this shop caused that rotor damage. They never questioned the tech who did the installation to see if he noticed this when he worked on it. This is poor customer service and faulty and dishonest. At the end of the day what goes around comes around and it will always come back to you people/companies who do people wrong. Whether in your personal life or in business. Whether the tech over torqued the lug or just bumped something to hard when putting the tire/wheel back on I am confident that the work at this shop completely destroyed my rotor. The driver's back rotor was just as good as my left side prior to this installation and afterwards just from driving 20 miles that rotor was completed destroyed. I take pride in taking care of my care and being attentive to any issues to be preventive. This shop owes me for the cost of the rotor that was destroyed caused by some faulty work at this shop.
