They fixed my tires, and I think they did a fine job. BUT, the transparency and speed was poor. I showed up before they opened, and told them what I needed before anyone else (as I needed to have critical work done before leaivng town that afternoon). They said there were 7 people in front of me - that's fine. Over the course of the next 5 hours, I had to pry them for updates, being told along the way, "It's impossible for me to tell you how long it will take to put the tires on". Edit: Thanks for the reply. I understand it might have been a busy day, and I'm open to coming back in.
