Very efficient. All my warning lights were on and the technicians found that something had chewed through cables! They fixed the issue, fair price, timely work and very good at explaining.

The gentlemen that answered the phone(didn’t give his name) was rude. As I’m asking about my vehicle he puts me on hold without notice and his demeanor was overall nasty. I just told him nvm. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Employees need to understand, the world we live in is expensive and a lot to deal with on a day to day basis. Being professional comes a long way, being nasty with a young women calling about her car is uncalled for.

I recently took my car to BP Car Care, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and truly knowledgeable about what my car needed. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. The pricing was fair, with no hidden fees—just honest, high-quality work.

We arrived to Atlanta to visit during spring break and as we pulled into the hotel, my son noticed our Mercedes SUV tire had a nail and was leaking air. This was 3pm on a Friday. Thankfully we were close to Neighborhood Tire. The young woman at the counter was extremely pleasant and accommodating to a customer who was flustered by another tire-related issue (I’m cursed lol) and assured me they could help me. My tire was fixed by 5pm and my family and I were able to enjoy our time in Atlanta before driving home to Miami. Considering I could have needed to use the spare and then change the tire to take even more time, I am very very grateful for this experience. I’ve been coming to Neighborhood Tire Pros for about a year because they are AAA approved and super close to me. Every time I’ve come in, service has been timely and cost effective. I just got my AC checked and recharged. I thought I had made an appointment and maybe hadn’t finished it, but they fit me in anyway and only took an hour and a half and was less than I expected! I’ll continue coming here and recommending it.
