This is WAY overdue. I have been a client of BP for close to twenty years. Recommended by my in laws who have been going there over 40 years. Why does this BP have a loyal cult following, because they care. Every person there is genuinely kind to you and your car. They are honest, if you need or not. They have even said we got you a new battery it was under warranty. If you live close by they will give you a lift home and back if needed. I love Justin, Elvis, Carson, etc… but Roy holds a special place in my heart ever since we went around the block to listen to my old QX4 make weird noises. We laughed a lot, mine kind of a nervously hopeful laugh. He simply said “do you use your 4wd?” I’d used it once. He took it off and I was able to use the vehicle a few more years. When I bought my son a truck it was where I went to ensure it was right. Then I took my son there and introduced him to the gang. I told him “always come here and let them steer you what to do.” I left in my car and they stayed talking. A few weeks later I get a call. “Ma’am, your ball is here.” I said “what ball?!” In their conversation after I left they talked Baseball. My son played since he was four and plays for Walton. Apparently, Charlie Culberson gets his truck fixed there. They told my son next time he is in they will get him a signed ball. Funniest part is they didn’t have a ball and Culberson pulled one from his truck. Signature is way cool but that it is his actual ball is the best. That is what I mean by they love their clients. I promise if you go here, you will understand why there is a cult following. Last time I was in the waiting room I met a man who had moved over an hour away. He said he wouldn’t take his car anywhere else. Neither will I. Forever, your biggest fan. xoxo, Stefania
