I brought my car in to see about having a tire replaced after a run-in with a curb. I figured there’d be a hard sell for to replace at least one more, but after pointing out dry rot on both tires (in addition to curb damage on one) he (Cory) only suggested replacing one tire. I asked if we should replace the other rear tire, and only after inspecting it again did he agree we should also replace that one. He also confirmed that both front tires were in great shape. I deducted a star only because after waiting quite a while, I was told they would have to get the correct size tire from another location, and since it was so close to closing time, this meant another trip to the shop, which caused me some inconvenience. Regardless of that one misstep, as long as nothing unforeseen happens, I think I’ve found my go-to shop!

Needed a new battery 3 minutes before closing. I thought they were a till six. However, they jumped right on it and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for going the extra mile for me.

Another satisfactory car repair experience! My check engine light came on and they were able to get my car in quickly and all the repairs done in a timely manner.

I had an unexpected flat tire over the weekend and had to have my car towed to BP Car Care late on Sunday evening. They reached out to me on Monday morning first thing to get things going with my car repair. Ultimately I chose to replace all 4 tires, and the team at BP Car Care was able to make that happen by the end of that day. I appreciate the expedient, professional, and friendly service, including the tire install and alignment!

I have been coming to this location in Decatur since I was in college. They have never failed to ensure that the quality of their services are top tier and consistent. Always happy to help and have such a supportive demeanor even when I (as a 20-something year old) may be asking some unusual questions at times. Also their prices are pretty reasonable as well!
