I really wanted to give a good review as it appears that those who spoke with me about my vehicle were very pleasant to speak with. I had my vehicle towed there and they were unable to properly diagnose my vehicle. I was asked to ride with a tech to see if we could duplicate the issue, just as we were to return to the shop the vehicle began to display the issue and the tech said he heard the noise as well and instead of driving more he said he would take it out later as he heard it as well. They called me the next day and said the vehicle was taken out again and they didnt could duplicate the issue althoughthe tech heard it the day before. They did say there was a difference in opinion about the issue and what they came up with as a suggestion to replace was the engine mounts that would cost about $1400 but they were not confident that it would resolve the reason I brought it in. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was told I owed $180 (that included a discount), which was a surprise to me. When I called to say the vehicle would be towed there I was not advised of the cost associated. I am upset because I am out money and I still dont have true diagnosis. The tech who checked me out said he would only charge me $90 because I advised it didnt make sense to charge me without a true diagnosis. I spent overage fee of $60.00 to have it towed there and $90.00 to them and Im back at square 1. I will never return to this shop based on my experience. Interestingly when I picked up the car it immediately began to make the noise I had been explaining and doing some other weird things it wasn't doing before. They also spelled my name entirely wrong and I provided the spelling twice.
