I had excellent service here. I asked that my tires, be checked, rotated and balanced. I had an appointment and had to wait for my car. Anthony told me that I needed four new tires. I ordered three new tires since the fourth tire is relatively new. My only complaint about the service is that I was there over four hours.

Their staff was very friendly very fast and efficient. They knew exactly what to do and they helped me out so I didnt have to worry about what I needed it. They got me in and out so quickly I was amazed customer service was A1 thank you guys so much for everything I really appreciate it. I would recommend neighborhood pro tires to my friends and family.

I bought a tire. Service staff interactions were professional and prices seemed fair; however, when I arrived home, I realized my tires were now substantially overinflated -- PSI's of 47, 42, 41 and 40 (should have been 33). If the tires had been inflated correctly, my rating would be 5 stars.
