So, I bought my 2003 Pontiac Aztec because of the check engine light and some minor knocking. I received the report of the problems with my vehicle. I decided not to go forward with the required repairs. Well, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was knocking so badly that I was afraid to drive it back home. I expressed the fact that I was not a happy customer and requested that I didn't believe I should have to pay $190. for diagnostic service. Thank God, for Zack, with no hesitation, I WAS REFUNDED THE FULL COST. So I would rate customer service the best.4 stars. However, whoever performed the diagnostic rating is below 1 star.

Tire Pro was awesome. I had a flat tire and they took my car in right away and fixed it. They also changed two more tires for me that needed changing. Thanks for working so quickly on it. I would highly recommend them.
