The first time I went I said, I believe I need to get my tires balanced because my car shakes once I hit about 55 mph. I was told that it's first come first serve. So I showed up the next day at about 8 AM and was told by the same individual that it would probably be a long wait because the schedule is full with people who booked appointments. So, as you can, imagine, that was frustrating. Why didn't the person say that making an appointment was an option in the first place? Then, when I did make a 7:30am appt, I got there at 7:27, went to the front door and it was locked. I saw that same employee right there at the computer and they did not come and unlock the door until 7:32am. The temperature outside was 31 degrees. When I got a phone call, they said that the tires needed alignment, so trusting that it was an actual need, I agreed to that. So, supposedly the tires were aligned and balanced. But when I drove on the interstate the next day, the vehicle was driving EXACTLY the same. Nothing had changed and the shake is still happening. I dropped $200 for nothing. When I called and informed them of this, they said to bring it in, so they could recheck everything. I took it in later that week for my appt and was informed that it would cost another $99 to assess it... Nope. No thank you.
