Quicker service than normal. I usually get out by or after noon, but got out before 0930 on a Saturday.

Had just started using BP Car Care Center - Tire Pros (Marietta, Ga) when I took my wife’s SUV for routine service. They took care of us quickly and professionally. The car ran like new. Then had back to back electrical system failures, first in my car then in the pickup that’s our third vehicle. Both cars were new to the BP Car Care guys nevertheless and once again, the repairs were handled quickly and professionally, with courtesy and kindness. And by the way, both the car and truck ran like new. I’m a very satisfied and grateful customer!

I WAS a faithful customer here…not after my experience yesterday. My wife’s “under inflated tire” sensor went on last weekend. She just had these folks do all new tires last year. She specifically asked if they checked for foreign objects in the tires while inspecting and resetting tire pressures. The answer given was “yes.” Two days later we have a nearly flat rear tire. I drove it back to them yesterday. Got plenty of attitude and snippiness for calling them out on simply changing tire pressures and obviously NOT checking for the nail lodged in my tire. Shoddy work ethic and zero concern for safety of customers. Won’t trust them to do any more work for me.

Henry is the best. I'll called to see how busy they were and Henry advised me just to come on in and get the car taken care of. I did and he did, I was out in less than 30 minutes.
