Do not trust auto repairs from this place. I had my engine light come on and they performed a diagnostic, and ended up replacing my crank valve and spark plugs. Not even two weeks after they made the repair, I was on a road trip over Labor day weekend and the engine light came on again. The new shop I took it to said they put in an after market part when they claimed it was a dealer part. I also later found paperwork from when my spark plugs were replaced a year ago. They claimed I needed them done even after supposedly checking the Carfax when they shouldn't need to be replaced after a year. They charged me for a service that didn't need to be done. I went to the shop after all this happened to try to get my money back since the warranty should still apply and recieved horrible customer service and no sympathy after being put in danger and at risk of not making it home during a holiday weekend. I feel like I was scammed from this shop. Beware.

I can’t say enough good things about BP Auto Care. I had a terrible squealing noise coming from my brakes, and we were really struggling to figure out exactly where it was coming from. The team at BP Auto Care was incredibly patient with me. It took three different attempts before we could get the squeal to happen consistently so they could actually hear it. When I finally got the vehicle into the shop, they took the time to pull the brakes apart and discovered that another tire shop up the road had installed low quality breaks previously. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it properly, and had me back out the door in about two hours — with an appointment. What really stood out to me was their honesty, integrity, patience, and friendliness. They didn’t just throw parts at the problem; they took the time to find the actual cause and fix it correctly. Great people, great service, and great work. I highly recommend BP Auto Care if you’re looking for an honest shop that actually cares about its customers!

This was my first time at this location, and I did receive great customer service. Mitch kept me updated on the progress of my two tires replacement. He even stayed a little late as I arrived right at closing time, due to the tow truck’s delay. I appreciate Mitch and the crew.
