Great experience at Tire Pros. The staff was friendly, helpful, fast, and informative. They explained things clearly and were honest the whole time. No pressure, just good service. Would definitely recommend.

I’ll start off by stating that I’ve been a customer here for a long time and I haven’t had any issues with the service or the price before. I don’t know if management changed recently but the guys at the front were giving me some load of bs. I went in for a service recently for a power steering pump replacement and they quoted $180 per hour for a simple diagnosis. They didn’t even bother coming outside to do a quick examination. Bear in mind that it was blatantly obvious what the problem was. A random dude off the street could’ve easily confirm where the noise was coming from in less than a minute. They quoted me $600 for the replacement (labor + parts) at first, but then jacked up the cost to over $1000 after talking to each other. I went to a different mechanic after who immediately confirmed where the noise was coming from just by listening to me pulling in to his shop. I was quoted $600 total for the replacement which I was happy to pay. I’ve always had service done here and the owner/manager seemed like a good guy, but that whole interaction was some bs. Seems like they’re pulling numbers out of thin air now.

I don’t know if they are under new management or what is happening but my recent experience was not great. Last time I was there my sticker and car were telling me two different things for when I was due for an oil change and they let me know I wasn’t ready for an oil change yet. I went back yesterday after a few months and again my sticker and car were not the same so I was unsure if I needed an oil change and asked them to check. I also asked them twice to please check my tire pressure. $95 and 10 minutes later they were done with my car. I asked them how my tire pressure was and they let me know they forgot to check it so they took my car back and checked my tire pressure. Again I got in the car left the parking lot and my car was not reset to account for the oil change and when I would get a new reminder for another oil change. There were probably 7 men standing around chatting so they were not super busy. I don’t know if management changed or what’s happened but it felt like a very messy and unorganized experience. I normally feel like it’s a family business who is looking out for my best interest and yesterday felt like they just wanted my money and to get me out as quick as possible. I’m just a girl with a mazda. I don’t know anything about cars but I felt like I was taken advantage of and they didn’t have my best interest at heart. :(
