Overall, it was a good experience. In and out in 2.5 hours. I did come in for one specific issue, my tire, and they did a wholistic check of the entire car the first hour. It’s appreciated, but I’m glad I wasn’t in a rush or else that would have been difficult. Got the job done overall, so that’s nice. From the other reviews, I feel like sitting in store was better than waiting for a call while you’re out on the town.

Terrible. Over charged. Spent thousand’s getting the repairs made and it ran hot down the road. Did not replace radiator and left hose off. Ran hot on 75 North. Terrible! Dangerous situation because of terrible workmanship. Had to have repaired again in less than 2 weeks! Excuses! Goodyear manager didn’t care. On the paper work showed they didn’t test drive it. Left me stranded on75 Notth. Charges to replace the radiator but didn’t replace and left a hose unhooked the reservoir. Terrible work charged but did NOT repair. When I called over heated on side of the road they didn’t care! Stay away. Response below is completely incorrect. Kept 3 weeks! Wrote review to left others know stay away. Did NOT do repairs charged for. Check dates on Carfax. I was there I know how awful my experience was. This shop did not repair in 2 weeks and charged over $4500 and broke down in less than 50 miles.

On September 8th we did a belt replacement, a computer replacement, an alternator, and a thermostat it looks like that is the only time we have worked on your car this year. On October 21st it shows on CarFax that you went to have your radiator replaced at a different shop. When you called our shop, our manager let you know that you were under warranty and that you had a free tow. It looks from your records that your car overheated after the replacement at another shop. I had a scheduled appointment and didn’t mind alittle wait of 30 mins but it extended to 40 mins! Otherwise great work!
