I had a appointment for 12pm today I look at my watch it is now 1:45 pm. No one came and said anything to me why my car is still sitting outside. This is definitely bad customer service…I’ll take my business elsewhere

Had a rear flat tire so I brought my car there. Despite not having an appointment and the place being busy, Jeff, the service advisor came out and visually assessed the damage. They were able to fix my tire that day. Communication was great- they even checked the other 3 tires and turns out I had a nail in another one- eek! They put on my 2 new tires and the service was friendly and professional.

We have used the BP car care three times now for the annual emissions inspection. They are always very efficient and professional. And because of that the next time I need an oil change or a tire repair I will definitely be going back there.
