I dropped my car off yesterday and they still talking about one car ahead of me. I tried to make an appointment but the guy told me they don't do appointments. . My experience with this shop is not good waiting 2 days to get your car diagnosed is just plain ridiculous. Then how many days you gone take to fix it. 3 days 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Shena, we are sorry that there is currently a backlog for vehicle diagnosis. We let you know the wait would be approximately 2 days for the diagnosis and then because you used a third party warranty we have to go through them to be sure everything is covered prior to proceeding. This is why we gave you a longer window for the services you requested.

The oil light of my Passat was constantly on. They took action saying that they could solve this problem, but they only changed the oil of the vehicle and sent me away. I paid $295 for this. But 2 days later, the vehicle's oil light came on again. They couldn't even find out what the problem was. They did not refund the money. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

When you came back for services your vehicle had no oil when you arrived so we let you know this was an internal engine issue. I love the spot and the workers. They’re so helpful and lovely. Corey rocks. My only complaint is the price, which the workers don’t set. I should have a lifetime guarantee on all 4 tires now though 😛
