My husband made an appointment for 11am for an oil change. He waited at the shop while the work was to be done . They did not even take the car back until 1245. What was the point of making an appointment? He wasted his morning on something that should have taken an hour max.

Honestly...my car actually runs better. I am stunned into silence that certain sounds of concern are gone with only the clean hum of a well maintained engine remaining. Don't expect any down home chit chat, do expect excellent service.

I called to ask how much to install a tire this clown 🤡 says $135.... And that's to mount and balance the tire only. He tells me he doesn't see a point in doing it for less and follows up sarcastically saying good luck finding it for less. Well to the clown who answered. I'm getting it done for $38 at Discount Tire... Upsell and rob someone else hope others find this review useful. Update. 9/25 Now you guys want to lie and say I said multiple I was specific. You guys are truly clowns and full of it.

I came here for my auto care because it was near by. The place overcharges but the employees were always nice. I never thought much to it as long as my car was working afterwards. My ac broke this summer and on a busy day they said they could still take me in. I told them the problems i've been having. They let me know that they fixed it and all it needed was coolant. A week later my ac goes out again on my ride down to florida... I called them and asked if they were able to fix it free of charge since the issue has not been resolved they said no. I later went to a mechanic and he told me that a piece was broken and had to be replaced. Month later and my ac is working great. Payed double the price for a solution that could've been fixed if i went to the second mechanic who thoroughly inspected what was wrong. Looking at other reviews and the same thing occurs. Where they charge for guesses and the issue isn't resolved. If you do use them i would suggest you make sure what they are charging you for before you sign anything.
