Quick follow up on this review because I did take the time to call the store manager, to no avail, don't bother coming here for tires that were sold 'new' but actually have flat spots. When I tried speaking with their manager, he promised to call me back annnndd that was a month ago. From the top down, may not be a reputable business. There are many tire shops on this street, find another one for your own piece of mind.

Everyone there was very polite and helpful. Got my car fixed quickly.

Have been to this location on many occasions with several vehicles, ranging from a 2004 Lexus up to a 2012 Honda and a 2018 Nissan Had used a mechanic named John who was a former instructor for Honda and Acura mechanics. He retired in 2021 or 2022. Have used this location since, and we have been very well pleased.

The service person was wonderful. However , I do not like having to get out of the car and wait inside for the service to be performed. Why get out of the car when the service only takes about 8 minutes.?

Friendly and professional. Tha bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen in a car shop. Will come here from now on!
