I used this shop before they do decent work. But they will overcharge you for parts. I need a rack and pinion assembly, I found a brand new one online for around 230 but I was quoted over 600 for the price of the part. I also need a power steering hose assembly which I found for less than 150 online but they would have charged me 500 for the parts alone not including labor. In my honest opinion I would use them for a diagnostic find out what’s wrong then buy the parts yourself and find a mechanic willing to install them.

I have used BP Car Center for more years than I would like to admit! I moved to Kennesaw 7 years ago and made the mistake of trying another place for an oil change and it was not a good experience. I now drive to East Cobb whenever I need an oil change or any other issues I may have with my cars. I love them and trust them completely. As a woman, its a big deal to be able to trust people that work on your car and I don't take it for granted! Use them. They are simply the best! You can thank me later!

My car was towed over by AAA, they provided timely service. I needed 2 tires which made need for an alignment a no brainer and sway bar bolts came off which was visible when I pulled off highway all repairs were completed and oil change. I was still charged a diagnostic fee of $77.50 and no diagnostic was completed and no other elements of vehicle were checked. SMH
