I never leave reviews but had SUCH a wonderful experience here that I had to share- I came in only a few minutes before closing on a Saturday with a minor issue with my trunk latch that needed to be fixed, thinking it would be a 2 min fix with the right tools. It ended up being a much longer job, and the team stayed well past closing to help me fix it, no complaints. Such a caring and hardworking crew!!

The tech was very efficient and had me an out within 15 minutes.

They were quick, very polite and did not try to push other services.

Awesome staff- everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I damaged a tire while driving and they were able to fit me in via the drop off service later the same day. They have always been communicative of how their schedule is and how busy they are, which I really appreciate! Both times I was by a gentleman named Drew, he is awesome and I hope the NTP leadership appreciates his dedication to his work!
