While they did replace my tire which had been punctured due to a piece of metal in the road (all be it, they did not replace the tire valve cap which is technically part of the job) . Not a single technician had the balls to tell me that a homeless person vomited, did crack, and slept in my car. Not a single one of the technicians had the courage to tell me my car was defiled on their property, I don’t blame them for the vandalism of my car, I do how ever think they are all spineless for not telling me, I had multiple conversations with multiple employees and none of them said a word. Had they told immediately or even at all, I’d be singing a different tune. I had no intentions of leaving a review but since I’ve been spammed with texts requesting a review I figured the technicians just really wanted to hear from me again.

Great business! They honor your warranty and don't try to find loop holes around it.

My engine light was coming on , it was the oxygen censor during the inspection they also found I needed front brakes and 2 back tires . The staff was very helpful . I would definitely use Bp for my car needs again !!!
