Drained my battery during service to try to charge me for a replacement

We are sorry, it seems as though there was a misunderstanding, we did try to explain further what had happened but you said you had a warranty for your battery elsewhere. We hope you get the replacement you need when you need it.

Car towed to this location. Said alternator and serpentine belt needed replacing. When I got car, it started a squealing noise. So, it's 4th of July. After 2 trips I find out they put the wrong size on my car and left grease all over entrance to car and floorboard. Now tell me why this was missed and why I had to ask to have the grease removed. Dah!!! Normally service is decent but not so much this time.
