I have been a loyal customer at BP Car Care Center for the past 10 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. Every time I come here, I receive excellent service without fail. But the best part about this business is that they genuinely care about their customers. Recently, I had an issue with my car that I needed help with, and Justin and Tim went above and beyond to assist me in resolving it. They didn't have to do that, but it's clear that they truly value their customers and their satisfaction. Without me even having to ask, they went the extra mile to help me out. Monday the check engine light came on my Challenger. I dropped it off Tuesday before closing. Wednesday they diagnosed the issue. Thursday performed repair and I was informed my car was ready Friday. They kept me informed the whole time. Great service highly recommend.
