As a former operations manager at a repair shop whose husband is a mechanic, we diagnosed the issue with the vehicle. He's out of the country and I cannot do work myself, so I called to get an idea of what the cost would be. Cindy was very curt and refused to give me an idea without my bringing it in to be looked at, didn't even ask how I arrived at my diagnosis. Due to her manner I didn't even bother with it beyond that. Apparently they have enough customers, they don't need more (or repeat ones coming back). Moving on..
