I am not going back to this store any more. I came to fix the low coolant level. Next day my car still indicated the coolant level is low. I called and asked if they have looked into my coolant. They asked me to bring the car in again refusing answer my question, saying they looked into more than 20 cars a day and can not remember it. They actually have the record of what my car has done in their store in last two years. So I highly suspected they forgot to look into coolant as I asked. Tell me the fact is better than saying my car sensor may not work. I will not waste my time to go back again to a store who can not answer me a simple question.

Haiyu, we're sorry you had issues. To clear up some confusion, we had topped off your antifreeze, so we are under the impression that your vehicle may have a leak or that your sensors could be off. I wish they would post the hours that their emissions machine is in service and is “manned”. I went twice. The first time the emissions machine wasn’t working. The second time the person who performs the test was out to lunch. I got it done that time because by the time the oil was changed, the emissions tech was back. Also, when I asked to have my windshield fluid filled, I was told they top off all fluids. Yet, there was no windshield fluid when I turned this function on.

Addressing the emissions machine, it was down and we were working on having it fixed and back in order so it was not in use, and the second time you came in, our guy was gone at lunch but was going to be right back. I always get my emissions done here. This people are knowledgeable. They quickly and efficiently diagnose problems with your car that you may have. Unlike my dealership I bought my car from. For 2 years my dealership couldn’t properly diagnose a bad wheel bearing that was covered by warranty. I had Tire Pros look at my car after one inspection they knew exactly what the problem was. Long story short dealer finally fixed it under warranty after two years. If your car is out warranty and or your looking for proper diagnose check Tire Pros out! Regardless of your situation you can expect friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff that will take of our vehicle.

My visit to Neighborhood Tire was very interesting. I went in thinking it was going to take hours for what I wanted done but it only take about maybe an hour and half.if that long. The customer service was great so was the atmosphere.

They are bunch of scammers get together to open the shop. Do not take your cars over there. They charged me for something they didn’t even fix .
