Doesn’t matter if you schedule a 7am appointment for an oil change on a weekday. When I called them to confirm my appointment they promised I could have my car back by 1 so I could leave for a business trip. I called 5 hours after I dropped off for the oil change and was told they hadn’t touched my car. D**** gives apologies that are obviously not heartfelt because if he cared at all about customer service, he would have called me hours ago to allow me to take it somewhere else. Now I have to travel almost 1000 miles this next week without an oil change because he couldn’t be bothered to call. I can’t stand this place. This was the third strike. They patched my tire once and we’re great, so when I came back for oil changes it’s been a nightmare each time since. Once they even told me my check engine light was just a service reminder. It was actually my coolant system and I got to Toyota before my entire was ruined. They almost cost me an entire engine because they couldn’t care enough to run the code. Terrible place, terrible service, half hearted apologies. I’ll never be back, and having three cars that get oil changes every 2 months, that’s a lot of money they just lost because they couldn’t take 2 seconds to call me.

I went in for a simple new set of tires with a quote of ~$500. Once I was there, I was presented with a list of additional services suggested. I saw a total price listed on the bottom of this page, which was about $135 more than the original quote, so I thought, why not. Come to find out, the total on the bottom of this page was in ADDITION TO the original quote. To my surprise when I go to pay the bill, 4.5hrs later (btw there was no warning this would take 4.5hrs, and I had an appt) the total was magically over $1300. I was a female in there alone, for what it’s worth. I misunderstood the information sure, but never was I told, “btw this total is in addition to the cost of the tires”. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did offer me pizza, since I sat there for 4.5hrs and of course didn’t bring food because what mechanic takes 4.5hrs to change some tires after all (no one warned me the “additional services” would add hours worth of time). I would not recommend this place unless you read their paperwork VERY carefully and are well-versed in the mechanic world.

I went to get an oil change and was charged 2 times notified the guy who rang me up and he said it didn’t. I showed him both charges on my text and my card app. Called the next day and he said one payment is confirmed and the other is in pending status. Still have yet to receive a refund after telling him 2x that I was charged twice while I was there. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. This could have been easily prevented if he would have been listening to understand not listening to reply. If the money wasn’t in my account to take out 2x I wouldn’t have been able to pay for the service I’m sure he didn’t think about that. If the situation was resolved before I left the building I wouldn’t be waiting on a refund after telling someone multiple times the money is gone out my account. Never again I now know where not to go.
