I have used these guys twice and both times they did a great job. They use an electronic system that is excellent for communication. They send a text with a link that has a report of everything that they recommend and they include pictures of each problem.

Not good, once again. I was misquoted on the tire replacement. They said $25, but it turned out to be $40. The woman was very defensive when I asked about this discrepancy. She said they always charge these fees (tire disposal, GA whatever) every time they change a tire. Not relevant. If you tell me it's going to cost me $25, then you're not being transparent up front and essentially misleading me by providing inaccurate information. She said that she was not the one who provided me the estimate and got very upset that I had confused her with the woman who had. The operations manager called me after my last review and was very receptive to my feedback. He promised to call me later that day to confirm they'd be able to replace my tire the next day, but he never did. So, again, a very mixed bag here. They need to work on their communications.

Great service

I came in 30 minutes before closing time with a flat tire. It turned out to be nail that could not be repaired. They sold me 2 new tires at a very reasonable price and I was driving out 40 minutes later a very satisfied customer! I will definitely be back next time I need to purchase tires!! Thank you so much!!
