I love Neighborhood Tire Pros! Matt and his associates are awesome! Not only do they do great work, but you can also trust them. They will actually tell you that a certain service does not need to be done or a replacement product does not need to be purchased at this time. I am not accustomed to that type of honesty these days. Most other companies I deal with always want to up sale you even if you do not really need that service or product. It is refreshing to work with Matt and his team. I definitely recommend Neighborhood Tire Pros Suwanee.

My truck needed some work and they got me taken care of

This shop should be closed immediately. i'm reaching out to my district rep and state rep. The employees and management do not communicate at all. My car was sent here from Carmax auto and they had it for over 3 months before they told me that they were unable to complete the work. They then had my car towed to a wrecker yard without notifying or contacting me via text call or email!! This company deserves less than no stars.

Thank you to Elvis, Hunter and the rest of the team at Neighborhood tires and pro on Clairemont Ave for fixing my A/C and coolant leak last week. It’s been a week later, and there’s no leak! He and his team fixed an issue that the other neighborhood tires location on memorial drive caused, but refused to fix. I appreciate you and the team actually taking my car apart, combing through previous repairs to see what went wrong, and actually giving a care about my car. Thank you!
