The gentlemen that answered the phone(didn’t give his name) was rude. As I’m asking about my vehicle he puts me on hold without notice and his demeanor was overall nasty. I just told him nvm. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Employees need to understand, the world we live in is expensive and a lot to deal with on a day to day basis. Being professional comes a long way, being nasty with a young women calling about her car is uncalled for.
