Dawson and Zach are amazing and saved my day! I had a flat tire that I walked out to this morning, and they arrived in great time and put on a new tire. Both were very nice and professional and I highly recommend this company!

Bad communication and customer service. Pricey services

Caleb, our team made sure to communicate the pricing for a tire rotation and full-synthetic oil change prior to performing the services. You chose not to get the tire rotation, so you were only charged for the oil change. We wish you the best in finding a shop that best fits your needs.

The mobile tire service helped me when I had a flat a couple weeks ago and were great! Then I needed three other tires to match the new one and made an appointment. Came in the next day, and was told that my tires had not arrived yet. However, Jeff at the counter was great and helped get me in wirh tires that were as close as possible (it was the only day I could bring my car in due to work schedule). Then it was recommended that I needed new brakes and rotors and they were able to add that in an hour before closing. They were all great and my car is running beautifully and I highly recommend both the mobile tire service and the BP car care center.

I've been taking all of my vehicles here for several years and I've never been disappointed. They are fair and always do the right thing. They call and tell you all about your repairs, make recommendations and abide by what you would like to go forward with. I've never had any surprises and I've always had my vehicles returned in a timely manner.

Neighborhood Tire Pros in Decatur is great. They did a warranty repair for me with no hassle. Feel like they did a great job and I am very grateful they are in my neighborhood. I trust Cindy and her staff with my car.
