I arrived at 7:36AM they open at 7:30AM. I checked in my car in for a oil change, they gentleman who checked me in told me there is only one car in front of me. I did not leave with my car until 10:00, ridiculous. Never mind my fiancé saw the guy that was supposedly working on my car dancing beside it. When I got my car he had adjusted the radio to his channel and never bothered to take off or change his gloves so I had oil on my steering wheel, gear and door handles in and outside of the car.... even the sticker was smeared with oil...

Tire Pros did a great job. They always get the work done well and in a timely manner.

Shade tree mechanic. Overcharging and doing needless repairs. Car was having a vibration issue when it hit 40 mph. They gave me a quote for 2500 dollars to essentially rebuild the car's suspension. New tires, struts, bearings everything. I had doubts and went to go get a 2nd opinion. The vibration wasn't even caused by the cars suspension it was a torque conversion issue when the car went into overdrive. Hence while it only happened when I crossed the 40 mph barrier. I could have spent 2500 dollars, and the problem would not have been fixed. Glad I got a 2nd opinion from the dealership.To fix the problem I got a 200 dollar transmission flush and added 10 dollar added called magic shudder fix.

Driving by and needing emissions test on a car with 25,000 miles just to get my tag, I pulled a u-turn and pulled right in. Friendly, professional service, and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Was going to get an oil change but their bats were full. Not a convenient place for me based on where I live, but If they are all as friendly and competent as my technician, ya’ll should give the a try!

I've gone to this location for over a decade and they've never failed me, I do recommend!

I was at the BP service center twice last week. The first time I brought my Firm's Mini Cooper in for two rear tires and a rear hub. Most shops did not want to mess with the hub, but the guys at the BP service center had no problem with replacing it. Then on Friday my Porsche had "blow out". They found two tires that afternoon, got them ordered and by Saturday afternoon the Porsche was back on the road.Their service is great!
