The people were nice. The service was good. I waited an hour and a half to get the oil changed. I guess the guys in the shop were crazy busy but the guys up front were just sitting around. I'm talking one star because it seems like a long time to wait for an oil change. Generally speaking though, the service was good. And the prices were good.

Super quick turn-around and were able to get me in for service within 2 days (oil change and tires). Price is slightly higher than other places around, but you're paying for great customer service.

I supported tire pros because of their commitment to Josh Berry. I was disappointed with the pricing. Mount 2 tires balance 4 and an alignment cost 527.00. I know the two run flat tires where pricey. But no printout of alignment specs. A 10 dollar tire monitor reset fee. I was a technician and service manager for 20 years they disappointed me.
