This was my 2nd or 3rd time here. I came before mostly because it is conveniently located near my house. Previously, I came in for tire issues and oil changes but today I was there for an issue with my brake lights. This was by far my best experience with the staff. I noticed them explaining issues and providing upfront costs to all customers (not just me). I received a call and a text when my car was ready and the checkout was very straightforward. Keep up the good work and great customer service.

I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday evening for a tire repair which I believed would be covered under warranty. I received a call the following morning stating my tire was replaced and my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the shop I was informed for the first time that the warranty only covered $12 of the $290 replacement tire. So I was told I owed $360 for the tire and labor. Obviously this was a shock to me hearing for the first time without being given any options to fix the tire outside of this $12 warranty coverage. For service they would probably get 4 stars. For complete lack of communication, cost pre-approval, and willingness to right their wrongs they get 1 star. Luckily they aren't the only tire shop in the neighborhood.

I stopped by this location for an emissions test. The associate I worked with was very easy to work with and the guys completed my test quickly.
