There was a mixup on how busy they were when I called. And when I got there I was told it would take a lot longer for the service to be preformed I requested. But the mixup was quickly noticed and they committed to getting the job done within the time I was told on the phone. And I really appreciate how professional they were when handling the issue. On top of all that the service preformed was five star.

I've been here a number of times in the past couple of years and they are always courteous and quick. They have also been honest with me when I don't need a service, which is quite refreshing. Randy is professional and a big help to accommodate people with busy schedules. I'm glad to have this option in my neighborhood, and it has a AAA discount! Also, their emissions inspection is one of the cheapest in Gwinnett! Definitely a go-to for immediate car needs.

Went back to tire pros today after I had been there for my emissions test back in July. My truck wouldn’t start (2000 Toyota Tacoma). Justin was awesome and was able to get to my truck quickly even though I walked in 2 hours before close. The repairs were made when the parts came in the next morning and it was ready to pick up before noon. They didn’t try to up-sell me a bunch of crud or go into any sales pitches. Great service and awesome people!
