The shop was recommended to me by AAA as they were in their network. I usually take my car to the dealer but the shop was located near me so I went for it. As this was the first time using this shop I brought all the paperwork for all service completed on the car as it would start then cut off. Michael was the technician working we me to find the problem. He made copies of all my paperwork and reviewed everything and pointed out the important information to me. After a day in the shop it turned out that car key was the problem. My overall experience with Michael was great he took the time to explain what they were going to do and had completed on my car. Thanks to AAA and Michael I had a positive experience at a car repair shop. Also I would like to mention Mitch and Derrick who made the experience enjoyable. Thanks gentlemen see you next time.

It’s been 5 or more years since I ve been back to this auto shop. New owners new name, a friend asked me to check them out again, well I did. Justin at the front was great ! He advised me on future work needed on my work suv, not pushy and understood it was my work vehicle. I also like the text they send of the inspection of the vehicle, very nice. We probably will be bringing our other vehicle(family SUV) here also. Thanks for the great service !
