I work nearby so I come here pretty frequently whenever I have car trouble. I always feel taken care of, ALL the guys are good to me, and I never feel like I’m getting screwed over. I’m not that knowledgeable about cars either so I do appreciate when they further explain to me what may be going on with my car. Honestly, I don’t go anywhere else if I don’t need to.

My 87 year old grandmother was trying to book an appointment but was confused about details about it and was called a racial slur over the phone by one of the employees

My daughter took my car in for oil change and check up. We live close by and she walked home.They called her when it was ready and she was shopping nearby and went by to pay for it. She brought the groceries home and took me to pick it up. We got a lot done in the short amount of time it took to service the car and every thing worked out great. Thank you, Bob Lawson

We decided to try BP car care since it was closer than our normal place. We needed an oil change and needed the car checked for a vibration issue. Long story short they tried to sell us new tires (which did not need replacing) and obviously did not check the issue. We declined and took it to our normal place the same day. Turns out we did not need new tires and the vibration was a brake/rotor issue which matched up with the research we had previously done. We will not be back.

Micheal was very informative and helpful. he let me know what needed to be done with my car and recommended what I need to get for my car. I would like to thank him. I will go back to this location again.
