I came with an urgency because my rim got bent and as a product of that I got a flat tire. Dave was super helpful and a couple of hours later I had my problem solved. I would totally recommend this place.

I am very unsatisfied I went in for a tire rotating balance and a alignment they did acknowledge to me that I didn't need a alignment but why would you charge me $73 to rotate and balance my tires when you saying that I needed to buy tires I Should Have Been Told there was no need to rotate and balance my tires when I need it to new tires and tie rods I feel taken advantage of there was no need to rotate and balance my tires when I need it tie rods and tires

Justin and team have been our go to for years but they solidified that with their actions this past week. Our 18yr old daughter took her car to another shop in Roswell that claims to be "female friendly" for a thermostat replacement. 6 hours later she still had no car, she was given a quote for over $800 and was told it MIGHT be ready 3 days later. After some direct conversation with a parent they suddenly we able to have car ready the next morning and the quote dropped to $550... still not good but a life lesson to her to use a shop you trust. The next morning she picked up her car to only have it fully steaming under the hood pulling in to the driveway because the other shop NEVER put the radiator cap back on! CALL JUSTIN NOW were the only words my husband had to say. Justin calmly walked us through how to get the car in a safe condition to get it to them. This was now July 3rd at 1pm. They got her car, flushed the system to get rid of the multiple air bubbles that had formed, ran the car in the heat to make sure there were no issues and degreased her engine that was covered in coolant! At 4pm we had the car back, we had a very grateful teen that was embarrassed but had learned a valuable lesson at a cost that was 1/10th of the other place. Justin and team took what could have been a disaster and focused on customer service, didn't take advantage of a teen like the other location did and solidified our business. Thank you all for being examples of respect, experts in your field and all around great guys. Thank you.
