They tried to charge me double for changing bearing. It's a $500 job. They quoted for about $1000. Please see receipts/quotes from Almost Auto and True Automotive, I need to go back and check the other works they've done to see if they've over charged on other services.

Competent auto service

An attempt at scheduling an appointment via their online portal did not elicit a response. I brought my vehicle in to get a battery replaced and it was fixed in less than 5 hours. They seemed to do a good job, clarified the type of work, provided an estimate, and sought approval for the work. When the work was finished, I received a call notifying me that the work was done. Would have been 5 of 5 stars but for the online portal.

Elvis, once again I disappointed in how you handle your service. My son paid over $100 to have his oil system flushed and changed because your company said the oil was black. Yesterday, I had a new battery installed by Bear Valley. They checked my oil and said it was black and low. When I went to discuss this with Justin, rather than offering to change the oil again and monitor it, he was dismissive and offered nothing. I have serviced no less than four vehicles and as many as five at your East Cobb facility going on 20 years. I guess I would’ve thought you would’ve appreciated my patronage more than how I was received yesterday.

I took my 2004 Tacoma in for an oil change & emissions test and like always, the work was done promptly and in a professional manner. I was even able to use a $25 coupon for the oil change which saved me some money as well. Hats off to Cindy & her staff of professionals who are there when you need them.
