Friendly and helpful staff and excellent service

The service was excellent, such nice people! It took 15 minutes flat for them to change the oil, replace the wiper blades, and top off all the fluids. Plus they gave my car a complimentary vacuuming! This is the only place my family and I take our cars.

These guys make efficient use of your time and theirs! I arrived early for an appointment and was seen early. Even added on an adhoc service and that didn’t have an effect on their speed and quality! They do price matching and stand by their advertisements. They really do justice to the “customer is always right” slogan, but it really wasn’t anything I had to push! I’ll be servicing all of my car needs here! I’ll go the distance even, because I know they’ll do the same!

As always BP Car Care took great care of us. They have been servicing our family's automobile for several years and continue to do a great job. About two weeks after writing this report I stopped by to have my brakes checked. The day before I stopped by my air conditioning stopped working. Upon inspection there were several other things that needed repair. Finally it appeared that I had some tire issues. They were able to get my car in the shop and get all the parts and thereafter completed all the repairs in one day to get me on my way. I would like to compliment Jeremiah Thompson who coordinated all of this work while keeping me informed about what was going on and where they were in the process. He is a real asset to this shop. I once again would highly recommend this shop for any automotive needs Bill Johnson
