I came in on a lunch break was serviced right away. I had other issues going on with my car which they were able to advise me on what do. I can say it wasn’t just one but everyone from the front desk to the work station. Love love love it. Best customer service!!!

I was fortunate to have moved close to Tire Pros when I moved to Ga last year. At first I went to them for any mechanical needs - in addition to tires- because they were convenient. Gotta admit I had some apprehension at first having a tire shop do mechanical work but it was obvious from the first visit that Elvis and the guys have a truly top notch team. Eventually I looked up their reviews and they stand out among their peers. Their mechanics are solid - honest and dependable - from my experience. They are truly dedicated to customer service and proudly stand behind their work with warranties. The reason for this review is, and I should’ve written one before today, ..19 months (?) ago they replaced a dead blower motor for me. Well, the new one started sputtering air after all this time and it died a few days ago. I called Elvis, he had me bring it in, and replaced it because it was still within the warranty window. Irreputable shops won’t do that. I can’t praise them enough...I’ve moved to a different part of the city now but I STILL take my car to Tire Pros even though I pass 3 dozen shops on the way to him lol. Do them a favor, do yourself a favor...use them for anything your vehicle needs. Honestly if they can’t do it, they’ll not only tell you, they will tell you the best shop to take it to.

This is a great crew who does spectacular work. It's hard to complain about the service and the people who work here. But, they consistently quote time that in reality, should be doubled. So without a doubt bring your car here, just plan on a drop off or staying twice as long as they say it will take .

Had my new Honda Odyssey in for the initial oil change. They h ad me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that they even vacuumed the carpets--great service and great price

I Left my home at 7:05 a.m. back at home 7:40 a.m. They did my emissions test. My vehicle passed. Good, efficient, fast and polite.

Faster than expected and good advice on how to cut and reconnect the battery--pleasant customer service. Been to you twice, even tho you are a little far from home in downtown ATL. Waiting area open and comfortable w TV Back to Neighborhood Tire Pros, this time to have a nail pulled out of my tire while I wait. Done faster than their time estimate and for a great price. And always a straight deal—no hard sell for a new tire like other shops. Nail out, plug in. Thanks, Pros.
