Had a transmission flush. Charged what I was quoted on the phone. Service was done under 2 hours. Staff was kind and helpful. Easy walk to Decatur Square if you prefer to have coffee or lunch while your car is being done.

Been going here for over a decade. Love the staff and consistent faces. Installed a new battery and flushed my escape for $100 less than my Ford dealership quoted me and I worked @ that dealership previously.. No line the day I came in, I was out in 40 mins. Love this team. No problems post service.

Probably the best repair service experience we ever had. My wife was TOWED there by AAA. That's relevant because it shows they knew how desperate she was. They could have really taken advantage of her situation and didn't. They were prompt, honest, and professional. Her contacts were mostly with Jeremiah in the front office (who was excellent) but every single interaction she had with anyone and everyone there was pleasant and professional. The price was good and she is now on her way with her repaired Toyota Highlander. She was a bit away from home at the time, but this will be our place going forward. It's worth the drive if you're able to drive there.
