I needed new tires for my Jeep and I wanted something a bit more aggressive than what the factory put on. Justin was a great help in picking out the Nitto tires I purchased. They are more adept for off road and snow/ice but not so much that they sing or rattle your teeth out when driving on the highway. I ordered the tires and scheduled to have them installed the next day at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, they had a bay waiting for my Jeep. They ran an alignment and then a 5 wheel installment in under two hours. With free lifetime balancing and rotation and customer service like this, I not only felt like I had made the right decision to purchase from Neighborhood Tire Pros, I left with piece of mind and that is something money cannot buy.

They said it will only take 30 minutes for an emission test because there was only one person in front of me. However, they took the customer behind me first. It has been over an hour, and they took everyone. I am the only customer left. I do not recommend this place.

Got a screw in my tire and these guys patched it professionally from the inside. They pay attention to the details some other shops ignore - like properly torquing lug nuts and looking up the right inflation pressure. Reasonable price, quick service done right!

Went in for a tire replacement at 9, took a hour for it to be done. Otherwise great customer service.
