After receiving a coupon in the mail, I went in for an oil change and they were super fast and courteous. I had been there once or twice before and they recognized me right away. They also noticed a brake light out and repaired it in minutes. Great prices and great service from a neighborhood shop.

Ziggy was polite and was quick to help me. I enjoyed the process immensely, especially the tea.

I began using Tire Pros when a friend highly recommended them. I've been very happy with my service. Everyone is pleasant, courteous, and efficient, and they don't attempt to sell you something that doesn't need to be done.

I attended this shop to possibly get assistance for my Suzuki's computer or EMC problem. Their equipment was not able to connect with my vehicle's system, but they went the extra mile to recommend what I would have to do next for assistance and where I needed to go. There is NO local Suzuki Repair Dealership, so I am having to go 47+ miles from my home to find the best help I can get. Their performance in setting a goal of schedule is Top Notch! Building is labeled 'Goodyear', 'Avondale Tire' and 'Neighborhood Tires'. Good place to go for experienced/licensed mechanics.

Double check their work. Very unorganized place. I went for an oil change. When I went to pick up my car, service rep told me, I needed tail lights replaced. I authorized the repair and went with the technician to see the problem. Technician told me, all the lights were working. We both went to the service rep, he gave the ticket to Steve. i was the only customer waiting at the counter, finally after 10 minutes Someone else came and rang me up. What a waste of time!!

I always use Neighborhood Tire Pros when my vehicle needs service and trust them to do the job right!
