I use to ho to the location in Suwanee, then moved close to this location. Same great service that I was use to and friendly staff. Come here. Plus they were honest about what I needed and did not recommend things that were not necessary.

These are the most honest and caring people you will meet in the car repair industry! I have been taking my 2007 Jeep Wrangler here since 2011, and have received nothing but the best from them in terms of solving the issue, explaining it to me, and promptly fixing any problems. To date they have: Replaced my vehicles engine Added a new front bumper to my vehicle (that was installed so well that when it was hit by a car coming 40+ mph from my side, it only had scratches to show for it) Replaced my tires Rotated and aligned my tires Multiple oil changes Multiple emissions inspections and honestly they have done countless other things that I cant remember off the top of my head. During all of these repairs, they communicated with me promptly, and treated me and my vehicle with care and respect. I'm truly amazed at the quality of customer care they have shown repeatedly over the years. I've even continued to take my vehicle to this repair center, even though I have since moved into the city of Atlanta. The extra drive is well worth the professionalism and care that you receive at BP Car Care Center. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Again, these guys are the best in the business!

This place takes to long and will not serve everyone. Lived in this area for 16 years and only gotten service one time and took an extremely long time. I've attempted to go here at least 20 times. Today for just emissions test 2 hour wait. Visit at your own risk.

Great Customer Service

I take my car here all the time this place is great I have had no problems they change my oil while I wait! Customer service is still good here and you rarely find that these days! I recommend all my friends to try it! Go early that normally have a crowd but never less they get it done! Thanks for being in the neighborhood!

Great service, a little slow, but very crowded.

Way overpriced. I called them to inquire about getting rotors turned. A lot of big name shops won't do this kind of thing by itself, they want to do the whole brake job so they can charge you top dollar. Well, being a shade tree mechanic, I know there are plenty of shops that will happily take on this type of job. So I contact the Decatur location and spoke with Cyndi. Ask her if they turn rotors only, she says, yes, and I ask about how much that runs. She quotes me $109. $109 for taking the rotors from a box, putting them on a machine, and turning it on. If you're not familiar, this isn't much more than a vertical record player. Back to the price, I ask her, are you sure, this is just the rotors, I'll be taking them off the car. She says, "That's what we charge", and then proceeds to tell me they won't be able to get to them until 8 hours later. Now, this is where I just couldn't believe it. This joke of a shop is this busy because of Google and Yelp reviews. There's no reason they should be this highly rated with these prices. I've been doing my own brakes for years, I'm new to this area, and I must say, I'm glad there are places besides this one around town. I called another shop, and they quoted me $15 per rotor. Don't trust these people, call around, get quotes, and find a shop that wants you as a first time customer.
