I booked my appointment online, but was told by the manager that the spot was not available. I was led to believe that I could drop off my car the same day. I dropped it off at 9:30am and it was not done until 5pm, but I was never told it would take the whole day . Manager also sent an unprofessional email , which was not meant for me. Even when I questioned the fact that it took the entire day, I got an attitude from the manager I will not be back in this location
Anna, we are sorry to hear you feel you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. Although, when making a appointment requset online two days before Christmas, it was never accepted because of it being such a busy time. This was stated in our response email that we would not be able to finish the job during the requested time BUT we informed you we would stay late and get the job done and it would be finished by 5:30 pm. When you arrived at 4 pm we again informed you of what we spoke about on the email but you were still upset.
