Awesome staff that never tries to sell me stuff I don't need. They're great at telling u what u are probably going to need to fix in the future and recommending what to do first. Always a good experience and super fair prices. I usually deal with Elvis or Justin would DEFINATELY recommend this shop especially to us ladies since I have never had an issue with them recommending extra work or higher prices to me my mom or my sister

I have been using Decatur Goodyear and Tire, or Neighborhood Tire Pros for years. They are always top notch. Cindy and her team are excellent, professional, and fast. My latest experience is no different. I'd rate them higher if I could. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for the past six years and only trust them with working on my vehicles. From working on my Dodge Neon, my Jeep Cherokee and my Audi, they always make sure that its right. As a woman its difficult to trust car people with up-charging and I'm always comfortable with them here. If there is any place that I would let work on my car, its here, no questions asked.

They didn't give me receipt after the service, when I ask for the receipt, the guy with glasses picked it up from the TRASH CAN, I did most of my service there since 2013, is that all I got? Absolutely ridiculous!

We have 5 cars in the family. Needless to say, we have a lot of services needing to be done for the upkeep of the cars. BP is always on the mark as to what the car needs for both upkeep and repairs. They truly bend over backwards in every area of customer service (professional, rides to and from your home, courteous, and efficient.) they do everything they can to get your car serviced and back to you in the least amount of time possible. Additionally, they do exactly what they say they are going to do which is assess the car, call you right away to discuss what is needed, getting permission to go ahead with the service or repair. I have never had a situation where the cost is differ than anything we discussed.

Had a great experience here. Took a same-day, weekend 60K mile service (I did call ahead). You deal with the same person throughout the process and the quote was fast, accurate, and free. Friendly, took time to explain service, honest about what was required and condition of car - for example brakes are great, >70% left don't bother with replacing today even though service calls for new pads normally...

Excellent Service and very friendly personnel. Fast and expedient work at fair price. They will be my go to for automobile repairs. My wife and I actually had the mechanic (Jason) deliver our keys to near by restaurant once repairs were finished. They even put my spare tire back in place at no charge. Great bunch of guys. I highly recommend their work. And a special thanks to the Manager Kyle Tangel for having such a conscientious team that is customer oriented.
