Otis. Was great !!!! I'm not so certain about Joe but I know I never want him to help me!!!! Didn't like his attitude!!

Had an oil light on. Service was quick and corteous. I just picked up the car so we'll see how it goes. Everything looks good thus far.

My fuel pump gave up the Ghost and the responded by putting in a new one in no time. Cindy even gave me a Military discount for my Navy service. Losing the fuel pump was a bummer, but this Goodyear shop made it a less painful experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and tidy. Nothing to complain about related to $19 emissions inspection. Thanks!
