The service here is outstanding! I know it sounds crazy but I actually look forward to coming here! There is almost never a wait and you're guaranteed to be met in minutes by a friendly and competent technician. They also tell me (and my driving age children) when we do NOT need service. They are flat out not trying to rip you off and are much more interested in having you come back because you have a trusted relationship with them. What a relief!! I own a Range Rover and have found the service here to be FAR superior to the Range Rover Service facilities in pretty much every way. The service is fast even when they have to order special parts and they do not have surprise, add-on prices for random things like they do at the dealership. For example, the leash on my gas cap broke and I had been battling with Range Rover to get it replaced -- to no avail. It was so annoying that I finally gave up and decided to just deal with the fact that it was broken and I'd have to hold the cap when I pumped gas. I went to BP to get my emissions checked and they noticed the broken leash and said they could order a new cap and install it the next day. The total charge was $50 and they even showed me how easy it was to replace the old cap. I was livid at Range Rover's Service when I realized how easy the install was and that Range Rover actually wanted to CHARGE me some ridiculous amount to basically screw on a gas cap! By the way, in terms of timing, the emissions test took about 10 minutes and when I returned the next day to pick up the cap, I was there for about 5 minutes. I honestly love this place!!
